Grapeseed oil is my favorite oil for cooking. Rich yet light in texture, it has a neutral flavor and loves to take on the flavor of the foods you prepare. Grapeseed oil is also called ‘cold-pressed’ or extra virgin grapeseed oil. That means not only is it one of the healthiest oils available, it’s also one of the most expensive.

"I switched to grape seed oil when cooking about two years ago, and I have never looked back! I'm a big believer in listening to my body and doing what's right. (Like not eating Twinkies!)
